The Canary Museum wants to share some moments of the year that ends. In the https://youtu.be/kEu7ZQQ2ayE link you can see a selection of images chosen almost at random, since the activity has been permanent in the rooms, in the function room, in the laboratories and in the documentation center. It is an obligation, a vocation, that the workers of The Canary Museum promise to continue to fulfill over the next few years.

If during 2019 the 140th anniversary of the creation of this society was celebrated – officially founded on September 2, 1879 – in 2020 it will be the anniversary of the opening of its first halls, opened on May 24, 1880. After so long, The Canary Museum continues to walk into the future thanks to people committed to the scientific and cultural progress of our islands.

In all these years, and also in 2019, there have been many events, good and bad, and in all of them the Canary Museum has felt the support of the whole society. For this reason, as a small gesture of thanks, the team of professionals of this scientific society wants to disseminate this summary of 2019 together with the best wishes for 2020.
