Continuing with its line of dissemination and collaboration with other institutions The Canary Museum has lent for the exhibition "El Universo de Rafaely", which opens on September 17 in San Martín-Centro de Cultura Contemporánea (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria), the work "Organic abstraction" (ES 35001 MC/PA/Pint-0026), oil on burlap painted in 1956 by Rafael Bethencourt "Rafaely". This painting was donated in 1959 by the author himself, becoming part of our pinacoteca after being exhibited in the temporary exhibition hall of The Canary Museum.
