The Canary Museum hosts this Thursday, January 18, at 19:00 h., the presentation of the book Art inspired by Galdós: monumental sculptures, sculptural busts, paintings and drawings, by Teo Mesa. It is a compendium of representations in all kinds of procedures and plastic materials that have been molded by artists such as Victorio Macho, Joaquín Sorolla, Vázquez Díaz, Ramón Casas, Asterio Mañanós, Vicente Bañuls, Manuel García el Hispaleto, Nicolás Massieu y Falcón, González Méndez, José Aguiar, Juan Jaén, Eduardo Gregorio, Santiago Santana, Manuel Bethencourt, and a long etcetera. The pr
esentation of the monograph will have the presence of Angelica Castellano, Alfredo Herrera Piqué and Plácido Checa, in addition to Teo Mesa himself.
